Refund policy
ZeraEco products are hygiene products. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. All sales on opened products are final.
If you wish to return an unopened product you must initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@zeraeco.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at info@zeraeco.com within 3 days with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
